Will roofing cement remain good after freezing?

Roofing cement though off the can says so think it would say protect from freezing if thats the.
Roofing cement though off the top of my head but bet it would say on the case dont think it gets thick as rock when its too cold unless.

Roofing cement will not be harmed by cold weather.
