Use standard 30 yr shingles and tear off one layer of roofing(Original roof on a 2 story house that is 13 years old). Lay new tar paper etc. Medium pitch house that roof is walkable.

   I’d say close to $100/sq to tear off and another 100 to put back on.

   The shingles themselves can be at no cost because to beaners steal them from new construction job sites.
