What flooring goes on balcony roofing?

I made a porch that if heavy duty in order to be able to make it into a balcony. I used 2×12 and 3/4 plywood. I originally used roll on roofing, and now I want to transform it into a balcony. What are the steps and what kind of material should I use to make it into a balcony?

      The drain if you do couple of things mud floor special cement having it sloped properly.
