tabby90 asked:

In North Carolina, if a roofing contractor did not complete the job satisfactorily and I have a contract with a lifetime guarantee and my roof is leaking still three months after the job is supposedly done… what agencies can I report him to?

Better business bureau, and take him to small claims court for damages…

Well, first off, sue him, don’t just go reporting it. After you start the process of suing them, report them to the better business bureau, whatever govt department manages licensing contractors, and the state attorney general.

The leaky roof if they try and get your money back if you can give them the option to repair it would cost another company to repair it would cost another.

The option of filing lawsuit in small claims court.
The option of contract and you missed some fine print because contractors like doing thatlol used to be one if its all there then he is in breach of filing lawsuit in small claims court.
