The street when installed on the rear facing roof you need fewer total compared to the street when installed on the smaller slantbacks and they have screens to keep critters out unlike whirlybirds.
The ridge vent may be all they say, but I’ve got to wonder, if you have adequate holes, do the different designs make much difference in the attic temperature? I like the idea that rain can not get in even in hurricane wind conditions, but can’t think there is a big difference in temperature when there is constant flow.
My roof done im now in the process of pricing that vented ridge.
