New Roofing, Shingles or Metal? Advantages and Disadvantages. Cost?

      My house and cheaper it keeps cool just as well as shingles do and cheaper it right over your existing roof no demolition good luck.

      I know little on this subject but I will tell you that colored metal roofs will fade over time.
