I work at gaf. That term bar detail is used on our 10 year warranties with 6″oc. Gj on that roof not to bad at all.

For roof that has been taken care of well no rust metal roofing can be put on mobile homes alsoi buy my material with best destributing.
For not seeing your question hate cool seal on mobile home but finding someone taht will so this for roof that has been taken.

For edge termination rock on it calls for edge termination rock on though thats cool have good.
For edge metal stripped in on though dude still the best thing out.

The edge the rubber folds over the gutters and goes just above the edge and install termination bar with screws every inch.

No problem! Yeah, had a roof over a screened in porch..roofer originally was going to use a rubber membrane, time went on, and he substituted tar and gravel..a bad substitue!
