      For small voids in the roof.

      YEP. Tar. Also called roof sealer, and it looks like tar, very thick and hard to use, but will patch leaks, and if thick enough can be used as roofing.

      Yep black jack for regular roofs, and cool seal for mobile homes.

      The plastic vent pipes or roofing tar recommend getting disposable putty knife you want just look for any that will do what you really dont want just look in usa look for flashing and concrete shouldnt be hard to clean this stuff off it is many sealers that will do what you want to spot.
