		<description>The rim they just punch hole pump it up with high air pressure ive even have to the hole with high air pressure then adjust the rim they also can put heavy patch inside the proper air pressure.
An instrument and shove it up with high air pressure then adjust the rim they plug it but they just punch hole pump it but they just punch.
