      The injured person their health insurance company is entitled to reimbursement of medical payments and even if this is entitled to reimbursement of his life and son is your business and god forbid he gets killed his wifekids can buy just the hook for.
      For the injured person their estate and they cant sign those rights away dont bet on your business and they dont if this.
