I need the roof of my home removed,replaced and metal put on. Who is local to Altoona,Pa and will finance?

      The plywood underneth if its rooting through put down your self its really rather easy fix just replace the rafters if not just do it tar paper some people call it tar paper and from what understand to have to put new roof up here in ohio you planning on replaceing the whole roof as the whole.
