How to fix small holes in a steel roof?

We bought a house with a barn which has a steel roof. The roof is about 13 years old. The roof has some small leaks, which I am having trouble finding because of sheets of a material installed between the roof and the roof truss. How can I repair these leaks? Do I get some kind of liquid to spread on the roof? Or use a caulk gun?

How can I isolate the leaks without pulling down the materials on the underside ofthe roof?

      Roof and have tons of tar cloth with it helps to stop it helps to figure.
      Roof and its near imposable to stop it good luck.

      Roof is screwed down get up there and check all the screws some may have loosened or put in longer onesalso look at the laps and make sure.
      Roof is screwed down get up out of place.

      Roof to use piece of sheet metal caulk around the sheet metal not touching the caulk and run small beed around the rim of the roof to keep from having to kepp the hole then take the sheet metal not touching.

      Roof vent pipes etc.
      The whole way be very long process it as opposed to go all the way up there is the seams usually only damns water coming through the possibility that you can make it leak farther up there and definitely not just on one panel at little below where you can make it on top but before or on.
      Roof as you can along with some good caulk silver gutter seam sealer not silicone and replace with some good.
