How much to install new roofing?

I have about 21 “squares” worth of roofing to be removed and installed. I’ve got a bid for $5200 to remove and replace with 30yr. Arc Shingles from GAF/ELK+ ridge vents and shingle mate felt. So, the entire project to haul off and install is roughly $250 per square. Does this sound fair to those of you that have had roofing replaced? I’m in Atlanta area.

      For other estimates if you can call for other estimates if you want to make sure.

      The chicago area get couple more bids to compare if youre not sure.
