How much should I pay a roofing company to have my garage roof repaired?

I have a 2.5 garage. It’s in mint condition except for my roof. I need all the shingles replaced and a couple boards replaced (about 2-3 boards need replacing).

I also need tips on how to get my estimate lowered.
