Any home supply will have a rubberized 'mobile home' paint that can be applied to the topside of the metal to insulate the roof and also prevent rainwater etc. getting through to the underside and it *will* help with condensation on the underside! A place to watch is where the supports touch the metal cover. Debris and dirt can begin the process of rusting. Keep it clean. Waxing the underside will help alot....like waxing protects your car. It can also give benefit to the top. I wax the top of my outside metal storage building. It's in hot summer sun all summer.
