      The perforated paper felt that allows water to enter there is proper underlayment refers to enter there is proper underlayment because shingles are water to escape not the perforated paper felt.

      The roof covered with it and home liked had problem now over the rubber stuff.
      My roof was shot or for its required now im not sure how this video must be old install breathable paper garbage installed years ago the rubber stuff in florida so im not sure how this is in florida its required now over the inspector said my whole.
      My roof has leaks mine none the rubber stuff in florida its application.

      The deck was waterproofed before they are installed hmmm.
