For Cleveland, OH: Who would you recommend for a roofing job?

This is for an asphalt roof about 1300 sq ft, atop a 2 story duplex. This would be a tear-off. Prefer to hear from homeowner’s who are pleased with roofing co. that did a great job for a fair price. Also; any tips about things to avoid in selecting a roofer? Thanks!

      Roofing companies also do flat work but they specialize in pitched shingle roofs am assuming it is flat roof.
