I know the obvious like shingles, felt paper, and starter strips but what else is a must product wise. With services I understand roof top delivery, but what other services could be offered to set a supplier apart.

For shallow sloped roofs what is the best type of roofing?

The house is in Toronto. Thanks
The roof is on an addition to a house. It is about 600 sq. feet. I do not know the slope, maybe a rise of 4 feet over a run of 20 feet.
