		<description>Obviously, this si your first crack at this type of work on your own! If I were you, I'd get another contractor to work with you, at least on this job! Six days to lay the subroofing is way too long!!!! Two men should be able to pick this off in 1 1/2 to 2 days.

 the other reason for two men...in your area the governing labor department may insist on a proper fall arrest system, and at least two men over the height of 10 feet!!

 Get a subcontractor to work with you that has done subroofing for at least four or five years, as part of a framing project. Ask him how much to do the job. Use his knowledge, experience, and help. You will have a more professional looking job, be safe, and make a good buck!!</description>
