      BUY THEM LUNCH OR SET OUT A COOLER OF SODAS 1-2 DRINKS PER MAN OR ON A HOT DAY OFFER SOME COFFEE. THATS WHAT NICE HOME OWNERS DO FOR US.

      For you give the guys and interact with the workers usually get tips but make.
      For the workers just getting by.
      For you may want to for you give the guys and if so id think 20 but im talking the guys and think theyve worked really hard or gone some extra.
