There is this project manager that came to my house and he offered to do both roofing and changing the aircondition for 25 grand. His company is called liberty construction and I am not sure if they will do a good job because i dont really know that much about his company’s history and i dont want to just spend 25 grand just like that. Please help. He also called later and said that 25 grand wont be a choice anymore unless i sign a contract right away and the minimum i can pay is 32 grand. So what should i do?
